Guitarist, composer, fine artist, Andrea Razzauti, releases a new version of Madalena, written by Brazilian composer's, Ivan Lins and Ronaldo Monteiro de Souza in 1970. Andrea presents the song with a new arrangement, delivering a sublime and romantic introduction that tells the story. His guitar solo features his distinct, rich, elegant and melodic signature style.When Andrea heard Madalena performed by the group Sambossa on a recent trip to Italy, he was inspired and immediately knew he wanted to collaborate with the group and create a new arrangement of the song. Madalena features the sultry vocals of Teresa Fallai, lead singer and co-founding member of Sambossa. On drums/co-founder of Sambossa is Massimiliano Balli. Rhythm guitar and background vocals by Pino Arborea, and on bass is Filipo Poggi. Also, featured on Rhodes strings synthesizer is Gregg Karukas.
